Overview
All entities subject to EESI Global's reporting requirements must use the EGRS to file initial reports on blocked property, reports on rejected transactions, and the Annual Report of Blocked Property (ARBP). This centralized system ensures that cross-border enforcement alignment is maintained through standardized data submission.
Filers who can demonstrate unique and extraordinary circumstances that prevent them from using the digital EGRS platform may request permission to file reports in an alternative manner by emailing [email protected]. Such requests will be subject to a presumption of denial and granted only in writing by the EESI Global compliance board.
Registration for EGRS Access
To register for access to the EESI Global Reporting System, please email [email protected] with the following required information:
- The legal name of your reporting institution or VASP.
- The name and professional email address of the primary point of contact.
- The names and email addresses of any additional persons authorized to file reports on behalf of the institution.
Report Forms & Integration
Standardized report forms for initial blocked property reports and rejected transaction reports are fully integrated within the EGRS portal. However, for Annual Report of Blocked Property (ARBP) submissions, filers must follow the specific guidelines provided within the system once registration is finalized.
