By utilizing this platform, users and reporting entities acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these policies and all applicable international laws and regulations.
2. Authorized Regulatory Use
This website is intended for regulatory information dissemination and mandatory compliance reporting. Use of the secure EGRS portal is strictly limited to accredited partners and authorized Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs). Any unauthorized attempt to access restricted datasets, bypass security protocols, or engage in data scraping is a violation of international framework standards and may result in legal prosecution.
3. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
EESI Global strives to provide real-time, accurate enforcement data and sanctions identifiers. However, due to the rapid evolution of international sanctions and blockchain-based threats, all information is provided "as is." EESI Global does not warrant the absolute completeness or accuracy of the data at any given moment. Regulated entities are responsible for exercising independent due diligence when taking enforcement actions based on our datasets.
4. Intellectual Property and Redistribution
The EESI Global name, logos, specialized risk grading models, and consolidated datasets are the exclusive intellectual property of the Initiative. While public information may be cited for regulatory and educational purposes, the systematic redistribution or commercialization of EESI Global datasets without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
EESI Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from transactions involving designated addresses or entities.
