  • Register for access to the EESI Global Reporting System (EGRS)

  • Coordinate as an authorized regulatory partner or VASP compliance officer

This information may include: Legal names of reporting institutions, professional identifiers of compliance officers, contact details (email, phone), and sensitive data related to enforcement actions and designated persons.

2.2 Technical and Usage Data

When you access our secure portal, we automatically collect certain technical information, including: Device identifiers, IP addresses (for auditing and security), geographical location data, and detailed logs of all activities within the EGRS environment.

3. How We Use Information

Information is utilized strictly for the following purposes:

  • Maintaining the integrity of the international sanctions framework
  • Processing and analyzing mandatory compliance reports
  • Facilitating cross-border regulatory alignment and enforcement coordination
  • Detecting, preventing, and mitigating digital asset money laundering and fraud
  • Ensuring the technical security and auditability of the EESI Global infrastructure

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information in the following strictly controlled circumstances:

  • Regulatory Partners: With accredited national and international law enforcement agencies.
  • Legal Obligation: When required by international law or binding regulatory protocols.
  • Enforcement Alignment: To notify authorized VASPs of updated designations or blockchain risk indicators.

EESI Global does not sell, lease, or trade personal data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
