In response to the increasing number of cybercrime incidents involving digital assets, ransomware operations, and cross-border financial fraud, EESI Global has updated its operational framework and service structure related to forensic blockchain analysis and cybercrime investigation support.

These updates will take effect on April 15, 2025 and apply to investigative support services, forensic reporting, and compliance risk assessments related to cybercrime cases and digital asset investigations.

All existing compliance advisory services and sanctions risk assessments remain unchanged.

Blockchain Forensic Investigation Report – from $4,500

Comprehensive forensic analysis of blockchain transactions associated with suspected cybercrime activity, including:

  • transaction tracing
  • wallet clustering
  • laundering pattern identification
  • ransomware payment tracing
  • darknet transaction exposure analysis

Reports are prepared in accordance with international forensic accounting standards and digital asset investigation methodologies.

Cybercrime Transaction Reconstruction – from $3,200

Reconstruction of transaction sequences related to:

  • fraud schemes
  • unauthorized transfers
  • exchange account compromise
  • phishing and social engineering incidents
  • investment fraud and crypto scams

Includes timeline reconstruction and transactional flow analysis.

Sanctions & Illicit Exposure Analysis – from $2,800

Assessment of wallet or transaction exposure to:

  • sanctioned entities
  • high-risk jurisdictions
  • darknet marketplaces
  • mixers and anonymization services

Exposure levels are classified as:

  • Direct Exposure
  • Indirect Exposure
  • Cluster Exposure

Exchange Interaction Investigation Report – from $3,900

Analytical report evaluating interactions between wallets and centralized exchanges, including:

  • deposit and withdrawal tracing
  • exchange flow discrepancies
  • transaction equivalence analysis
  • potential asset misallocation cases

Cyber Incident Analytical Report – from $5,200

Comprehensive analytical report used in legal, compliance, or investigative proceedings involving:

  • cyber fraud
  • ransomware attacks
  • unauthorized asset transfers
  • digital asset theft
  • cross-border laundering schemes

Newly Introduced Procedures

Application Filing & Processing Fee – from $1,100

Formal submission and processing of a case within the EESI Global analytical framework.

This procedure includes:

  • official case registration
  • assignment of analytical status
  • inclusion in internal tracking and compliance workflows
  • initiation of forensic and risk assessment procedures

Provides structured recognition of the case for further analytical, compliance, and investigative support processes.

Court Filing Fee – $405

Standardized filing fee applicable to federal court submissions within the United States.

The fee structure includes:

  • $350 statutory filing fee
  • $55 administrative fee

This fee applies where analytical materials or case documentation are prepared for submission within U.S. federal court procedures.

Court filing fees are standardized and may be subject to jurisdictional rules and procedural requirements.
